A Self-Justice pioneer, International Yoga Teacher and Wholistic Wellness Influencer. Kiran works with her family and community to create pathways to health equity through yoga, agriculture, mindfulness and self justice. Established in her passion, She loves what she does. Creating and capturing The Cultural Revolution of Health & Wellness, She recognizes that wellness should be accessible to everyone, but too often isn’t. She’s birthed Y.A.M.S (Yoga, Agriculture, Mindfulness, Self-Justice), B.O.O.M (Black On Our Mat), and “I Love Myself When I am Laughing” a laughing yoga series: all centered around creating safer black spaces that support the psychological wholeness of Black Indigenous People of Color across the diaspora. Her vision for all people to be happy, healthy, and whole; and liberated within the mind, body and soul, making health and wellness should be accessible to everyone.
